These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BOTBUSTER VIDEO ("we," "our," or "us"), a product of MxM owned by Marissa Kos. By accessing or using our AI-powered video analysis service at botbustervideo.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
Description of Service
BOTBUSTER VIDEO provides an AI-powered video analysis service that allows users to:
- Submit video URLs from supported platforms (YouTube, Loom, Instagram, TikTok, Google Drive, etc.)
- Receive AI-generated analysis, transcripts, summaries, and insights
- Export analysis results in various formats (PDF, JSON)
- Use exported data with external AI tools and services
Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Create an account using valid and accurate information
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Credits and Payments
Credit System
Our Service operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit equals 1 minute of video processing. Credits are consumed when you submit videos for analysis based on the video's duration.
Free Credits
New users receive 30 free minutes (credits) upon registration. Free credits are subject to fair use policies and may be limited or revoked if abused.
Purchases and Subscriptions
- All purchases are processed through Stripe and are final
- Prices are displayed in the currency specified at checkout
- Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Unused credits from subscription plans may expire according to plan terms
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided for used credits. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevented service delivery. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for refund inquiries.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:
- Submit videos you do not have the right to analyze
- Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use the Service in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it
Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to analyze any video content you submit to our Service.
Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MxM (owned by Marissa Kos) and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit for analysis. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Analysis Output
The analysis results, transcripts, and insights generated by our Service are provided to you for your personal or business use. You may use, modify, and distribute these outputs as you see fit, subject to any applicable third-party rights in the original video content.
Third-Party Content and Services
The Service allows you to submit URLs from third-party video platforms. We are not responsible for:
- The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party videos
- Changes to third-party platform APIs or terms of service
- Any issues arising from third-party platform restrictions
You must comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform from which you submit videos.
Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
- Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
- Update features, pricing, and terms with reasonable notice
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
AI-generated analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify important information independently and not rely solely on our analysis for critical decisions.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MXM (OWNED BY MARISSA KOS) AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruption or inability to access the Service
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated analysis
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MxM (owned by Marissa Kos), its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit for analysis
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
- Unused credits may be forfeited
- We may delete your account data after a reasonable period
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features (where available).
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation, if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration or court proceedings in Australia, as appropriate
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
